I finally decided to open a shop and was pleasantly surprised. I made an easy 2 million gold within the first hour or so.
I also decided to buy my first mage avatar and was surprised as I got the red curly locks with 10.0% cast speed. I had another mage like them so much, she traded me her blonde curly hair with 10.0% cast speed + 1 million gold for mine.
I was actually able to buy all of the stuff I wanted without having to scrimp and save for weeks. It sucks though, because I’m already out of NX credit so I need to get more.
I don’t even play DFO now, I’m just play Arad Senki since there is no ip block on Canada. So much more stuff. More avatars, more levels,more quests, and more skillpoints(when you pick your subclass they give you a few free skills and you don’t need to pay for your juggle cancel). Level 40 purples weapons for 11k. I also got a English guild, and there is no noob-o-meter bullshit, so high levels can help if something is really kicking your ass. I would play DNF if I could get an account set up.
When DFO starts to catch up, hopefully the new exp curve will make it easier to start playing NA version again.
I played Arad for like a day or two. Kinda sucked since the US is IP blocked, so trying to party and use a VPN is pretty much for the lulz. Had to solo pretty much all the time. But I do hope they add 1/4 of the stuff in Arad to the NA version. Especially the avatars.
It might not be that long. We got the EXP curve in a couple months when it took Nexon to realize people hated the EXP rate…oh…a few YEARS. So, Maybe they’ll keep the ball rolling at a relatively nice pace.
Sky Tower’s got the best music in the game. I think my favorite has to be the [media=youtube]GjSf6n76Uho[/media]. Plus, you can really learn how to use Ducking Dash effectively versus the boss. He can’t touch you if you play it right, combined with backstep.
It’s easy to spot the real thing if DarksydePhil ever plays the game, just look for the idiot screaming about how he drops on Gunners because they’re so cheap, simple.
