Personally, I maxed it. It’s without a doubt grapplers most important pvp skill.

I would have to disagree. Seismic Fist is the best grappler pvp skill, imo. Shit is basically like having a gunner grenade that you can aim upwards or downwards. At the max level for 40 cap (which is like 14 or something), you can seismic, walk up and then fling afterward. So basically, you get a free 50% combo from a grenade-like poke. Inescapable grab is necessary too, don’t get me wrong, but damn, high level seismic fist is just downright deadly.

edit: have any grapplers tried suplex thunder? It’s quite a bit of sp, but how much damage does it add on for you? I know it would not be amazing and electrocution never happens.

Contemplating on leap just to GTFO of some situations.

I wouldn’t bother with suplex thunder until they raise the cap. There’s better stuff you can get.

Leap though, is useful. Leap + tornado kick is a great way to escape from corners and things.

EDIT: Either level up Seismic Punch to 5 for Air Steiner or max it. Don’t bother using it if it isn’t maxed, the delay afterwards will destroy you in PvP.

I really want to use shoulder tackle in pvp but i fine it unreliable…Guess i have to max muse.

I have lvl 1 ST, and neck snack and back step with back step cancel…hopefully i haven’t screwed up my grappler build.

Assuming your Summoner is PvE, mana shield and phase shift are pretty useless, the whole point is to never get hit so why get skills that only help when you are getting hit. The same rationale for why no one maxes out Iron Physique on Fighter subclasses.

They are pretty bad but they can still compete at level 40 because no one can insta-destroy you like they could at level 60.

EDIT: Today begins the leveling of future Battlemage and Witch. If anyone wants to start a new character as well let me know and we can destroy together.

Shoulder tackle is useful in a couple situations, but in general yes its unreliable. It’s a great combo move since it scrapes the ground, and the super armor and crazy hitbox makes it great if someone jumps at you. Other than that, you can guess with it at best. Still worth getting, IMO.

i’m gonna say no. maybe off 2 runs it’s possible.

I will say, I did level at least 3 times last night with my slayer and I still had a good amount of FP to run with to level.

but I could be wrong honestly. It’s something we should try.
