I think it’d be a good idea to mash his group in with ours, as pooled guild exp is better than split, but that’s their decision to make.
We already have 35+ people, and if he joins up with us, we’ll have 42+. The more the merrier. I would hope that he knew that there were only pros and no cons to being in a larger guild, and even if he doesn’t choose to join up, SRK members will always have a permanent spot in the guild*.
*(as long as they aren’t douchebags)

O god…something happened to my DFO. I was playing for a few hours today, and all of the sudden, the game crashes. No sweat, I thought, things crash all the time. So I tried logging starting the game up and logging back in through the browserless launcher (I just started using it today), but I got this error message saying that my password wasn’t correct and that maybe the website had changed something.
So now I try logging in through the website, and it’s fucking giving me this shit:

Somebody buy my shit. I have a level 35 behemoth dungeon fighters coat, a level 20 fiery cross, and some other stuff, including recipes, for sale.
I would second the concept of making the guild bigger. SRK isn’t exactly an exclusive country club… we’re just bunch of guys who’s really knowledgeable and passionate about fighters.
Also, I might be planning to level up a priest in the near future. I was wondering what are your guys’ takes on priest subclasses. It seems that Exorcists have some pretty mean AoE moves (white tiger) and well as some pretty hard hitting specials (the hammering motions and homerun-type moves) but other than that they seem a bit too “sir moves spammalot” to me. Though super effective (I can’t shake these guys in PVP), they may not mesh with my play style. I’m leaning towards monk for their boxing ability (Dudley and Rog ftw). I’ve also developed a liking for battle crusaders, since some vids show them kicking major ass, but they seem pretty unthreatening right now…
Battle crusaders are terrible right now, they really have almost nothing. They really need the lvl 60 cap for the length of invuln. But really, if skill spam isn’t your thing, thats most of what I see battle crusaders do, too.

Okay so I just starting playing this and so far it looks like starting abilities are enough so far to save points for level 45 and level 60 skills. I have a mage and a fighter, my fighter just finished blazing on master level at level 15, almost got SSS for it too. My mage is 16 and I’m farming sky tower for life/mana heal items. I might play a little tomorrow, I’ll play more around December 24.

Exorcists are slow, so they have more trouble against runaway type characters (gunners and witches and summoners mainly), you never want to get caught by an exorcist. They’re especially nasty in tavern if they can force you into the bottom right corner. Suppression amulet and the other amulet will keep you in there pretty good. Getting hit by the star in the sky combo’s particularly nasty, launcher + smasher + sits = sexy damage. With my current weapon and a fully charged up star in the sky I do about 6500 damage in pvp, and I only have it at lvl 3. (+1 due to weapon.) Can’t comment on sader or monk. I really enjoy my exorcist right now though. They’ll be even better when we get our weapon masteries.
My little brother starts doing the weapon switch from scythe to axe in the middle star in the sky. It helps because his scythe has better magic attack so he sets up his aoe and hits faster, then when he wants to get physical, he sticks with the axe after landing a star in the sky.
My monk is only lvl 22. They are fun but they are suppose to get really good at 30 with sway. Before that it seems kind of weird because you only have duck. When I have the time to get to 30 hopefully I can pull the nasty combos people have been pulling on me.
I can’t wait till exams are over, haven’t been on in 3 days.
edit: Wow, some of you guys are rolling in gold. I only have 30k on my nen.
considering gold is near useless in this game, I only see myself using it to buy possible reject avatar for my PvE grappler or to refine weps. Otherwise it’s…kinda just there. or maybe buy wep/armor but most of the game’s economy is already fucked as it is.
and if I die in a dungeon after I’ve used all my tokens, I just take a break and wait for myself to reheal. Those prices to reheal are pretty outrageous.
