Any spell that deals direct damage to a unit is considered burn damage. Pretty sure that’s an MTG term as well, never got big into that game though, too expensive.

Tusk Boar is gonna be in just about every Songhai deck that I’ve seen, but both are good.
Yo this game is pretty cool, Abyssian is my main deck mostly because I like the swarm and attack damage potential. I have been trying out other decks because of the quests however. Also pulled 2 of this guy:

Range is SO good in this game, especially at the start. The opponent is basically forced to deal with them 90% of the time.
No kidding, he won me a few games. I came back from games where I thought I was going to lose because of him lol.
Biggest problem with ranged units is that they tend to be useless if they get dispelled, and EVERYONE carries some kind of dispel with them. And if not a dispel, than a ranged removal option, for you it’d be banishing or snare. Dispel is the biggest reason people don’t play creep Abyssian as much at higher levels, whoops Lightbender whoops there go all your tiles.
If you do play creep Abyssian you gotta bring Alcuins with you, so that you can get more than three Shadow Novas per game. That way when Lightbender wipes your creep, you just replace it with more creep. And you still need a way to actually control the board until you get those 7 mana plays. It was hella bullshit when Spectral Blade gave her flying, now it’s mostly fallen out of play.

You must have caught me trying to do a Vetruvian mission, I usually play Magmar/Lyonar lol. Vetruvian decks are too expensive for me, I don’t play enough.
