Out of curiosity, is there any out of combat stuff worth worrying about or are we pretty much building characters strictly for the arena?

To be fair, what is involved in creating a character here is nearly three times that of a regular DnD or Pathfinder game. You’re basically combining two whole characters into one, plus creating your own race and spending those component points.
EDIT: Oh, cool; the sheets are similar to the ones used at RPGCrossing. Sweet.
We can do non gestalt if that will make it easier but its gonna be harder for ppl that chose non casters.

That’s why there is a point buy. You can buy your way into a strong character using this if you do it the right way. Thinking about letting us add some other playtest option in here as well in regards to feats. They have a feat line that is basically an improved version of snap kick for pathfinder if you get all the feats.
