I don’t really understand why people are angry. The buffs he got feel pretty substantial compared to these stealth nerfs I see people talking about.
Also man, ultra 1 animation feels crazy sped up. Feels like what they did to the gravity squeeze animation in ultimate.

Just in case you guys didn’t know Rose is at least +8 on hit and forward and roundhouse backswing blow FADC are at least +4 on hit. Which means if you have 3 bars you can throw out backswing blow in a blockstring check for hit, fadc back to make it safe, fadc forward on hit and get something like 400 damage. If it was already said, my bad. I’ll just go back to playing Dark Souls and 3s.
If it’s plus 4 then… Before I say it lemme hit the lab.
i’m starting to think dudley’s frame data is wrong. a lot of stuff don’t make sense.
EDIT: SSB change was in patch notes, and might be +5 on hit if you do forward or roundhouse SSB fadc.
On another note, has Dudley always moved back the same distance when he did forward and short backswing blow? Until the end of the move (he moves forward when you do forward backswing blow as opposed to staying in the same spot when you do short) and the extra recovery added onto the forward version, forward and short backswing blow look like the exact same move.

Ok I was doing lv2 fadc and block directly after I was able to punish it with duds super. Then I tried giefs ultra but I was already in the air. So I’m really confused.
You mean level 1 FADC right? Dudley’s super is 2 frames total startup now so that makes sense. As for Gief, that doesn’t work. You will get ultra’d/supered/SPD’d all the time; however, apparently EX SPD is 3-frame startup now so you can avoid that.

dudley’s super was always 2 frame startup.
If that is truly the case, the Wiki is complete ass because it lists 1+2 for AE Rocket Uppercut and it obviously has not been updated for 2012.
I think either only lp or mp version has 2 frames of startup, or it’s situation specific.It’s kinda peculiar.

In my Character Specific thread, in one of the comments, I came across that issue myself with the frame data. But I confirmed it’s 2 frame aong with others because it can punish blocked LP MGB in super and AE, same for AE2012.
No I mean level 2. Go and try it. record lv 2 fa then dash forward as fast as possible and hold back. Then nah set after you get hit. If you block then I was doing something wrong.
I did that too just to make sure and I had no problems.
