the way i see it, a lot of characters got more bullshit while dudley actually got significant tweaks. it’s gonna be a little bit easier for us to do our thing but it won’t be free.
my only thing is,from what i can tell, dud is the only character that had some of his buffs removed. though he’s also the only one with new stuff it seems.
thunder bolt is more like adon’s EX jaguar tooth. plus where he rises isn’t where he falls anymore so that visual que is now removed making it more ambiguous. idk. maybe it might be good for scoring random damage.
Dunno for ex thunderbolt aplications, but I do thunderbolt after rolling thunder some times.Mk version crosse up, while lk versios stays in front.
only useful buffs he got was cr.MK, st.HK CH, LP Jet Upper 6 to 5 startup frames and HP Jet Upper/(maybe EX version since they said “hard version’s” 4 frame to 3 frame startup. All other buffs had nothing to do with what he has difficulties in. Focus buff and vertical + angle jump light punch/medium punch (50/50 high low/LK SSB mixup upon landing) I like this 4th best buff. MK SSB can be useful with lower body hurtbox shrunk after throw inv (meaning when he sways forward). I like the light attack hit sound for Victory Rose. Everything else may go down the drain.
