Dudley's ALT (sometime's w/o jacket?)

I have a simple question. Dudley’s alt includes a jacket amiright? So how come in a few online matches I’ve come across a few Dudley’s with his basic alternate costume but without him wearing the jacket? I know I’m not just seeing things, what is the explanation for this?

They made the jacket layer of the 3d model invisible. Thats all.
