I really hope dudley ends up better than boxer overall just cuz I like his style. Maybe he won’t be so damn jabby like boxer
Here, here. I’ll play Dudley because he’s a paragon of an English gentleman and his play style is fun. If I don’t get along with his play style then I’ll probably drop him

Balrog’s is a little ridiculous, though.
I don’t know man. Sometimes, I just want to go top tier so I can make an easy $100 to $200 every month in tournaments, rather than working so hard.
Also, look at my avatar. You know I don’t run to top tiers. Doesn’t mean I don’t see the logic in people who do though.

All we see is it hitting and Dudley landing behind, doesn’t necessarily mean it crosses up.
The trailer isn’t enough to give us information one way or the other. Also no one was saying the trailer proves it crossed up.

This is true, but the animated gif somebody posted trying to do it (and it not working) in 2I and the screenshot Megadeth posted does lead some credence to it potentially doing so.
It also didn’t knockdown in 2I and was unsafe on HIT. The 2I incarnation of the Thunderbolt isn’t to be trusted.
Yeah it has potential, I won’t dispute that but as of now we don’t know one way or the other 
I just ran through the trailer in Sony Vegas to get a frame by frame of what’s going on.
The trailer is not conclusive of a cross up. Dudley lands right on top of Balrog but the hit pushes the model away making Dudley end up behind him.
I don’t think it’s gonna cross up. It’ll probably be like Alex’s foot stomp.
You could cross up with Alex’s stomp.
Really? I used to spam it and people would keep getting hit until they learned to block high. I’ve never been crossed up with it myself, but then again, I’ve never played a good Alex.
Yes, you could cross with it. But Alex’s stomp was power based, meaning that LK went short, MK had a medium distance, and HK went far, meaning with proper spacing it could cross. If the Thunderbolt is a homing attack there will be no chance for a cross up, but if they do go the way of Alex’s stomp, there will be cross up potential.
