Dudleys never needed a cross-up, Also. Weren’t a few people who played the game saying that dragon punch invincibility was toned down a bit, to the point that non-ex versions were now trading with meaties?

So just to double check, if i understand right, dudly can do his low target combo which is special cancelable, and the end it with a special that can combo to corkscrew blow?
Im guessing this will prorate like hell, but will any of the specials that allow dudely to get the full ultra animation actually combo if you cancel the low target combo with them?
i might of missed this and i dont wanna get slammed for asking but… is there any use for rolling thunder i mean does it go through fireballs… can it combo… and can it do anything besides look fucking awesome?
Those characters don’t have as many tools as Dudley.

Chun’s new ultra makes her infinitely better she needs meter.
Ryu needs meter and he’s basic. He does have a lot of options tho. He doesn’t have trade ultra anymore.
I agree on some of your points but comparing Rufus’s Ultra set ups to Dudley’s is really pushing it. Sure he can land one from a sweep or from a jet uppercut. But almost all of them don’t hit full animation unlike Rufus who can combo into his ultra in so many ways and he’ll always get full animation. Dudley seems to me like he’s going to rely more on his super than he will on his ultra.
Apparently he can build meter fast and safely with his dashing/duck under and also seems like in SSFIV supers do more damage.

Makoto is unlikely to crack the top tier unless there is something we’re currently missing about her new game. Ibuki looks considerably stronger right now from my point of view.
And he are probably missiong something about Makoto , considering she has only been played TWO DAYs.

If his jab is 2 frames, then it’s sure better than Balrog’s.Also , people, balrog doesn’t have the best cr.jab in the game.Sakura has the exact same framedata on her cr.jab, 1 frame less startup on close jab and 2 more frame advantage, and 1 frame less startup on far jab and 2 less recovery frames, but gives 1less frame advantage.Overall I’d say Sakura’s jabs are better than Balrog’s.

It’s going to be like Dan’s Shissou Buraiken only it can go through fireballs (no juggling), might even do more damage too and it isn’t one hit into cinematic so can’t use invincibility to snag certain stuff…
Basically it’s a fireball and heavy punisher. Corkscrew Cross is your juggle/multi-use Ultra 
Great to see Studley back and looking so good.

Well, it does have the ability to cross-up. It could be handy against fireball-happy opponts, too.
It was pretty shit in 2nd Impact, though. We’ll have to see.

thunderbolt isnt good for fireball happy it still gets hit on the way up. his duck punches and rolling thunder is for fireball happy people.
