That was actually the second reference to the Capcom games. They also show that Scrooge beat Magica years ago at Mt. Vesuvius, which was the new final stage added to DuckTales Remastered.

Back when Hanna-barbera was still a house hold name.
Getting rid of the Hannah Barbera cartoons was one of the best things they ever fucking did.
