Still working on the Team tourney. This past week was kind of a nightmare since everybody went to Japan for either SBO or TGS.
Just got off the phone with the chick in charge of Chicks in Crisis. They’ll have a booth (for free of course) at Dromstruction for people to meet them in person and we’ll be trying to help them raise money for their cause. Check them out at www.chicksincrisis.org
I’ve had several inquiries about teams tournaments. We WILL be doing a Sunday Marvel vs Capcom 3 3v3 tournament and a Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition 3v3 tournament. $30 per team. Registration for this is on site. Walk-in’s must pay the venue fee.
Are spectators free to enter?

Coopa helped me with the schedule for everything except AE and MVC3. There’s a variable keeping me from completing those two until later in the week. I can PM that to you if it’ll help you figure out your plans.
Is the team tournament venue fee separate if you already registered?
No. When you come up to register for teams, we’ll just check to see if you already paid the venue fee at all. If you did, you’re all clear. The $30 team fee is per team and goes toward the prize pool.

How much does it cost to spectate for both days?
Spectating is free! I suggest bringing money for the awesome toys and food that will be available from all the sponsors and vendors that will have booths all around the venue.

As long as people appreciate it (and I don’t lose a ton of money) I’m down to do something like this. Comments like that make it worth the time and effort.
