Sounds a hell of a lot better than Blazblue 
And besides, Drom’s is a comic shop, so it’s more fitting.
Blazblue is dropped and we now have Marvel Mondays!
I have officially dropped Blaz Blue, possibly for Mahvel.
This sunday’s sf4 tournament (aug 23rd) will most likely not happen. There are 2 tournaments that same day that most regulars would like to hit up.
+1 more for Marvel. I’m done with BlazBlue too for the time being.
Following up on this, would it be possible to get some of the comic guys to join us? I used to know many comic guys who loved Marvel and played teams like Iceman, Silver Samurai, Sonson and what not.
I’m down to help some of the comic guys. I can teach them some basic marvel.

I can’t help them with advanced tactics like infinites, but I can give them teach them almost everything but that.
lol, the low Monday turnouts have less to do with BB and more to do with the fact that it’s on a Monday. It would have been much better if you just hosted SFIV and BB back-to-back. The majority of the BB players come from the San Jose area (Milpitas/Sunnyvale Golfland are hotspots). Can’t expect people to drive all the way to Davis on a Monday. Maybe it’ll be better for Mahvel because it definitely has more mass appeal and is more readily available in arcades, but I am a lil disappointed BB was dropped. It’s a very good game if people just put in the time to learn it.

If enough people are upset at the loss of BB, I’ll try as a post-SFIV event. Gonna wait to see the feedback though. Thanks for the input.
I’d drive over to Davis on Sundays for BB; Mondays just don’t work out w/ traffic & weekday duties. I doubt I’d make it past the first round, but I really love the game and want to meet others that do too.

I just did a player match search and all but one room was on Infinite time.
