actually Sak wears gym shorts under her skirt - you can see the black band down the side in some of her sprites.

One thing bugging me, though… Why is Ibuki looking towards the viewer? Like “I leapfrogged, people! Love me!!”? :rolleyes:

SFMC asked the same question you did… so I’m gonna give you the same reply
It’s partly a compositional issue - I couldn’t find a good way to show all 3 of their expressions without making it look like Zangief was gunning for Hugo (he does swing that way, after all) as he was doubled over. It’s also partially based on her leapfrog animation in SF3 - she actually looks back as she hops over her opponent and waves at them!
but yeah, how many times have you watched wrestling (but maybe you don’t watch wrestling) and seen someone blatantly turn their back on their opponent when they shouldn’t have? I was kinda going for that too.
and yes, I know wrestling is worked

Can anyone ask the Mods, well at least for the sake of the Fan Art Gallery, since there are so many viewers and since the idiot posted in like 4-5 threads, can they possibly delete those posts with the pics. I don’t want to go to the same thread and see that stupid picture everytime.
Too bad you all posted messages about that… “thing”… It reduces the thread’s purity.
I avoided mentioning it because I knew that it would be deleted shortly and talking about something inexistant is a waste of time.
Good point about pro wrestling, rook… but don’t you think it should be diffrent with street fighters?
I also feel a bit uncomfortable with Zangief… he looks too serious… he’s missing the usual lips sticking out and the blood flowing vain on his forehead.

I personally am not a huge fan of the SFA3 puffy-lipped, forehead-vein-popping version of Zangief… which is why I draw him the way I do. I started playing back in SF2, so I tend to blend the old & new versions of characters together.

I like this,you really get a sense of her movement, although her back foot is kinda bugging me. It seems correct there’s just something about it, like its not drawn as well as everything else, but it’s still a cool drawing.
