Just got my first lightning staff. The aerial jump attack with it is ridiculous, but it consumes over 1/3 of my mana every cast. I hope further levels of concentrate drastically increase mana recharge speed.
I’m so indecisive. Sitting on about 6 skill points with my wizard not sure what to invest in. I grabbed the first rank of slow, but I’m not sure if I should get flame burst, storm, blaze, or thunderbolt.
Yeah a friend of mine is borrowing his bro’s PS3 just so we can play it together. Game is badass.
Hell YEAH it’s mine now… I already started and made a Wizard character right there in the damn parking lot of the Gamestop. This was the 4th place I went to for it, btw… Gamestop #1 was sold out. Walmart (of course) didn’t have it at all…and Best Buy also didn’t have it.
*my precious is currently charging though, as I’ve spent some extra quality time on Soul Sacrifice earlier today, and was only at about 25% battery power.

I’ll probably get this soon…I wonder if I should play this with my siblings. We have Tales of Xilia and that’s probably what I’ll play tonight and tomorrow (already called out of work anyway).
Picked up both versions today after work (dammit, no deliveries to get me somewhere I could buy the game on company time), and 10 minutes into the bus ride home…I’m grinning like it’s fuckin’ Christmas (the best day on the year. Holla if you love Santa, even though you buy your own gifts!) Elf is fun. Flash kicking then stomping fools…I just need a straight down arrow shot. Hopefully you learn new regular attacks as you level up. Aaand I got arrested for flash-kicking the dude with the apples. I thought you could just fuck around with townspeople for funsies…but the law said otherwise.
After the third time I went through the first level(easy leveling and loot) the pile of bones that you can pick up towards the end said “I have the weirdest bones…”
Glad to see this game has some kind of humor.

The art book is soft cover, with dull, cheap pages.
Whereas the Japanese version is hard cover, with glossy, high quality pages - like the Tales of Xillia art book.
But the game is the absolute tits… no pun/yes pun.
Dope so far… though I’m sort of rushing it because I want to unlock multiplayer… Already 2 hours in and nothing yet. Gonna stop for now and play some Xillia.
I am going to wait for the weekend, I think.
I need to get in the zone, and completely give myself to the sex that is a new Tales game.
I’ll probably grab that for the weekend too. Gonna crown some dragons for now. Tiki is one plastered pixie. don’t land in a cup of ale next time.

I don’t know if this is random (might be, a lot of names and finds seem to differ from Vita to ps3)…when I played on Vita in the first mission, I found the bones, picked them up…then the elf started eating a piece of meat!! I was like “WHAT?! NO!”

Don’t forget, if you have the Vita you can set up party chat on it. For the PS3, if you have your pc nearby or have an old smartphone you no longer use you can set up Skype if you’re getting on the game with friends.
