Decided to watch some sonic fox matches to see these amazing mixups⦠yawn there are none. Itās all literally dash in low to hit the opponent trying to neutral, 2H to hit homing jumps plus random homing jump conversions from stuff like crossup homing jumps and andom assist pressure into the same blockstring 3 times in a row that somehow works the 3rd time even though the assist pressure is gone because the assists are on cooldown. Fox also uses throws a decent amount, usually after heās had a string blocked 3 times in a row or more he will st.lk with android and then tick throw.
When someone actually tries to block itās really hard to get them off of block. Seen in the last part of the first game.
I wonder if hit can do that. Someone test for me while Iām at work lol. Always seemed like I could almost combo after his super so maybe sparking blast might work

it just works when your opponent messes up and do no form of air recovery. you can combo then into other stuff but the combo marker turns blue which means he could have done something against it. works on the ground and in the air.
Made a little tutorial to explain how Yamchaās rekkas work.
I aināt no @āEvil Canadianā but I can try!!!

A reminder for those of you with a PS4 controller playing the game on PC:[details=Spoiler]
Click āGeneral Controller Settingsā
Then click āPS4 Configuration Supportā[/details]
Doesnāt look like Yamcha will serve well as a battery. He needs to blow meter to get mileage out of his starters and the scaling adds up right quick. Who doesnāt need to expend much in the way of resources to get decent damage?

Everyone complaining about offense should just write to Arcsys, they can and probably will fix this game up much quicker than it took the 2 (and counting) years it will take Capcom to fix SFV.

Well donāt feel salty about this. In fact Eventscrubs and SRK didnāt post a lot about DBZ until people complained alot. Not sure are they get paid by Capcom since theyāll bash or ban you if someone badmouth their games. The community knows you though. Your videos are inspiring.
Dunno if this got posted already or is common knowledge, but that shit helped me getting some damaging combos done:
The gist is that Yamcha can get resets pretty easily with his crossup shenanigans and rack up damage that way. Also both rekkas and wolf hurricane give thicc hard KDs you can use for DHCs.
One thing is sure: his assist is definitely too valuable to have him as point (I think inly his and 16ās are the only ones that allow you to convert an overhead into a full jump in combo). And he probably needs an assist himself to avoid getting blown up during rekka mixupsā¦
This is what we were talking about before, @Froztey
I think Iāve yet to have anywhere near a decent match online at this game. Always waiting 10-15 min between matches. Then when I get a match the delay fluctuates like crazy. 4 frames, 5 frames, 8 frames, etc. Even when I win itās aggravating. Even if the delay stays steady at 2 frames there will still be obvious input drops and overall choppiness in the animations. Shit feels like a gigantic waste of time. Lol.

Working fine for me. Time between matches is still high up there, like 1-3 min, but atctual matches are perfect.
I will literally be in a match with only 2 delay pressing a button and watching forever for it to come out. Tagging is pretty much a nonexistent option for me online most matches.
Also. You consider a 1-3 minute wait long? Well shit. Try 10 minutes to half an hour. Lmao.
Not sure if it was mentioned here but I went to view my replays, I hit the ādownload allā option by mistake and it threw me in to watch my latest replay. It proceeded to play each replay from most recent on. There was absolutely no way I could find to exit the replay mode. It just kept playing the next replay and in order to stop it I had to close out the entire game.
Another +1 to this absurdly bad interface. The game is a lot of fun but Iāve never seen a fighting game with worse design when it comes to interface.
Thatās wild.
Yeah the whole MMO/adventure game style lobby menu thing is eh. I donāt wanna walk to the modes I wanna play. I just wanna select them. Itās good for casuals to immerse them around the players and the gameās lore and all of that, but from what Iām hearing I think Iāll wait a month before doing anything other than training mode or local matches for the game.
Reminds me playing Burnout Paradise where the game just plops you into the world and you have to drive to the modes. DBZ isnt quite as vague as that game, but that definitely kept me from playing any of the other Burnouts after that.
