Is Cell a good battery? I like my point, I could move Black to anchor but I haven’t found a cool battery yet. Cell looks like his assist is easy to apply as well which ya boy needs.
What were your characters? I’m betting not all cH’s are created equal

cell does half a life bar with no meter/assist, so yes he’s a wonderful point. and his assist is decent. put him anywhere.
you could throw cell on 3rd, and just use bar liberally for the 1st two, then just skate by with spark + cell loops.
Trunks’ big ass d+h was getting stuffed. Lol.
It was just that one match. Like I said every other opponent that has spammed DD against me gets stuffed. That one match in general frustrated the hell out of me though.
I’m surprised we don’t have more ‘exhibition’ tournaments this weekend from the community.

Maybe i’m behind but you can actually combo from Yamcha his divekick(2H) as it is special cancellable.
So far my team has 18/vegeta/tien or frieza. Would 18 be a good point character while tien is a good anchor?
I just found out that you can unlock Blue Vegeta by just cumulating 300k zenis (= you don’t need to spend anything). I assume that at 500k zenis you will also unlock Blue Goku. This is great news.
For those who haven’t preordered, just don’t spend zenis and you will get the characters eventually.
edit: apparently you just need to have earned a total of 300/500k zenis to unlock them.

Base Goku and Base Vegeta and primarily somewhat stale characters on top of that? I don’t want to get hyped over just Fusion Zamasu, I want Kale and Caulifla, give me Kefla for pete sake, someone from the ToP like Bergamo and the Danger Trio(yeah I don’t feel like completely remembering their title), Toppo with the Pride Troopers as an assist, SSB Vegito or even Roshi.
I played a shit ton last night. Got at least 50+ matches in. Having lots of fun. Currently running #18/Vegeta/Super Saiyan Blue Goku. Played around with some other teams as well. Ginyu is fun as fuck.
Haven’t really been in the lab as much since I just wanted to play immediately.

I’d be OK with base Vegeta…IF he’s Saiyan Saga, complete with Oozaru transformation LVL 3 Super
I preordered and whenever I log on my PS4, I can’t even access online at all. I was playing Dark Souls 3 earlier and bam. Disconnected. I have the codes for Blue Goku/Vegeta and I can’t even use them.

Damn once you get past the mash scrub level and obvious dragon whatever thing i have a Lot of trouble opening people up.
Doesnt make the game less amazing, but im bothered How you can cancel unsafe normals into dash,basically turning it into a guessing game. Ssgs Goku,Cell and Buu low high strings are very annoying right now.
Also wish you could wavedash or have some fd for movement.
Never had so many ‘nuh duh’ moments as I had doing the combo challenges. Obvious shit that never occurred to me, odd properties and specials that become solid in a context, etc. Something relatively simple blew my mind a few times.
Having fun doing the combo challenges and learning the combo system overall. I still don’t have a team. I think I will have Adult Gohan as my main but still not sure.
This game is shaping up to have more Gokus than Ibuki has costumes. If base Goku is sayan saga Goku, I bet next year we will get UI Goku or SS4 Goku, or even both.
I’d be ok with base Goku & base Vegeta only if they’re the ones from their end fight of the Saiyan Arc, complete with how they were drawn then.
And if we are getting Bardock and Broly, I hope they get alt colors to represent Turles and BIOBROLY.
