That first one is a reference to Gero.
She has a second level 3 aside from the candy beam, she does a dashing move into a maximum spider into a finisher. Leagues better than the other one.
Also her steal move can be done forward and as an upwards anti-air attack, and the way she steals moves is weird. Like she did it to Goku and got Kamehameha, then did it again and got solar flare. She steals the ki blast barrage from Vegeta.
the dive move is part of her regular moveset and not a stolen move from Beerus. Good ender for air combos into super.
Her jump H and crouching H are freakin huge which is neat.
The yellow one is a reference to asia !

Alright so actually does have the Seth/Ogre thing going for her as advertised, and she the Rogue Kiss properties too.
Still should have kept her as is. No reason she couldn’t have Vored someone just in her regular form, like Uub does in GT.
