There’s nothing wrong with guess parrying. I’m learning how to guess parry very fast because you guys are so much better than I am 
I’ve still got a bit to learn about when to grab, both frames-wise as well as strategy, but I’m sure I’ll catch on with that.

Well I’m just gonna go ahead and say now that the next gathering will be this coming Saturday (10/3) around 1pm-2pm @ Estetiks. If you guys wanted to cooridinate things a lil bit tighter just let me know. Maybe run a lil ranbat or mini-tournament. I’ll also try to stop by a bit earlier and work on the cabinet a bit more. Gotta work down that TO DO list.

Sounds like a plan to me, I want to fix all of those quick-disconnects, pop in the new buttons, and JFL (it’ll probably take both of us to do that hahahah), so I’ll head up a bit early too. That and I’ve got nothing to do this weekend.

Ok I moved the cab to Siren Records today. PM me or something if you have any questions, I’ll be there most of today working on the cab/playing 3s. Siren is much better than estetiks because it’s got much better hours.

Oh man, I had too much fun at Siren this weekend. Thanks for coming out Fire Chocobo, Theracist, Flare, 1der, Paper Tigre, and MERT (strike)! Drinking in public and 3rdddddd Strike is the winning combo me thinks. Can’t wait to get the rest of the 3s cab fully operational but we’ve already made big steps me thinks. See yall next week.

P.S. 1der I had fun playin NBA JAM and sf4 at my house after 3s. I think since I was so trashed that that’s the best I’ve ever played SF4 in my life haha. Good shit though, you’re definately getting better in 3S, keep it up.

I’m having some problems with Chun’s kara-throw, it’s coming out maybe 1/6, It’d be pretty cool if someone could look at what I’m doing and tell me what’s wrong lol

troubleshooting Chun’s kara throw
too fast: The throw comes out but she doesn’t move forward. The solution is to slow down the motion. Make sure you’re drumming from the poke to lp + lk and not hitting the 3 buttons simultaneously.
too slow: The normal move comes out instead of the kara throw. The solution is to speed up the motion.

Yeah 3S only cuz it’s just an arcade cab at Siren. After we’re done there I sometimes am up for SF4 at my house which isn’t too far from there if anyone is still up for it. But really, I just wanna play 3ssssssssss.
