thats probably the case, happened to a dvd i was downloading a few weeks ago, person had to re-make torrent and re-upload the new torrent cause everyone was stuck at 99.9 and the new torrent completed 100% just fine.
or goku3x could be right and they are delibrately keeping it at 99.9% for some reason.
why would they purposely keep it at 99.9%? There’s still a seed out there, it just doesn’t seem like anybody can connect. (which brings up another question - Ponder said he was the only seed, but the number of seeds has been fluctuating from 1 to 7 during the download process? What’s up with that?)
idea for distribution of future discs - put the ISO on a private FTP and give access to a handful of people (like the moderators). Have them download it first, then when it’s ready to be torrented, they can help seed.

You won’t be at zero again. Just download the new torrent, tell it to download the .iso to the same location, it will check what you have already downloaded and start from where you left off.

yeah ponder made a new torrent for us for 4 or so ppl on irc, i was on it, and it kept hashfailing. we’re still all at 99.8% (on the other torrent) and he doesnt know what the problem is.

I got a question.
I’m watching the DVD on Windows Media Player and I don’t know how to ‘switch pages’.
Like, the Menu comes up like it’s a dvd, and you can click on a match and it will play, but it says "Use <-- and --> to navigate …and you can’t click on the arrows.
Also, is there any way to view the players names above the life bars? (In Windows media player)
