Yet again, SRK ceases to actually care about legitimate questions. There are two people that have already offered to put up the Marvel vids, and we still don’t get a response…

What really bugs me is how SRK knows that we’re waiting for it and yet refuses to acknowlege us.
Perhaps we should get the footage from Nagata Lock or something because this is getting ridiculous.

Yes, that completely justifies the situation.
This is going to do more harm to SRK if they want to distribute the disc like this again for something else. If come time for evo 2006 dvd to be released and they do the torrent thing again, how likely is it that people will be willing to pay upfront like many of us have. I donated after only the first disc was released expecting that the rest would be up in no time and just trying to do my part, but if I knew this would have happened, I would be relunctant to do so until having the full product.

that’s why also the other torrents for the first 3 disks isn’t working at all. But the tracker were broken since weeks weeks ago, the trinity version of the tracker that srk is using isn’t that difficult to work with, don’t know why is taking so long to fix the tracker problem.

Would be it so ridiculous to use one of the many free trackers? There isn’t a ratio system in place is there? I don’t see where there would be anything wrong going about it that way.
You see this whole situation is BS. You bring up another legitimate point, and SRK refuses to even answer you. If the tracker is down than I’m sure a public tracker can be used…:annoy:

I think the problem here is that if they use a public tracker they have to upload the torrent file into the page itself of the free tracker, so, if they do that, people outside of SRK can grab the torrent without knowing that they have to donate $$ for that DVD. I mean, the torrent will be displayed in other pages outside SRK :wonder:
ugh…Preppy - If you set up a pay pal account I will donate to you if you host all your mvc2 tapes from evo, including the finals and whatever wouldve been on the dvd.
You see, they aren’t exactly doing themselves any good by not releasing the DVD. The point you brought up is completely irrelevant, since anybody can submit the SRK tracker links to a public tracker. :looney:

If people want to support what I do, that’s fine, but I certainly am not going to do anything knowingly counterproductive to SRK. shrug
I’m not particularly enthused about the delays (who is?), but it’s not the end of the world. Like I’ve said before, it’s taken me years to get footage in some cases (some of which I still haven’t gotten), so the wait here isn’t too troubling (although it is lightly puzzling until you factor in the fact that these people might have lives, and then it makes more sense).
From my standpoint, I can appreciate people wanting updates, but I know that when I’m in the position of being the content producer, I find the constant request for updates a little grating - that’s why I have my little “Pending Updates” section on my page. If I were an SRK mod, I’d have banned box by now. :lol:
