why? Are all BT programs banned from your computer? I’ve never heard of anyone who was looking forward to something, then when it comes out, doesnt want it because of how its given to them.
Now if your on 56k, then i can understand some, you could just get a friend to DL it that lives close to you. I did for my friend and he donated too, so…
yup, he downloaded it, burnt it, and we both paid.

don’t have to be linux. a friend of mine had that too. he preferred microsoft but liked the mac docking station/magnetic icon/whatever the hell you call it thing. not too sure where he got it though…
It is definitely linux. It has Tux for the “start” button and he is running a bash terminal window.
I finally d/led the 3s dvd, and was a bit disappointed to see that it was all pretty much chun/yun/ken matchups. i guess i should’ve realized that most tourneys would be dominated by top-tier characters.
and about the os discussions:
looks more like a heavily modified windows shell to me.
the program identifying icon in the bash terminal window looks like putty (SSH program).
also, the taskbar has windows messenger in it, and the top portion has IE in it. (not that Macs haven’t had IE, but who would still have it?) I’d also figure linux users would more use bitchX than mIRC.
he could also be using cygwin to come up with a bash shell in windows…

My problem with CvS2 is that I can’t seem to get it to download at all. It won’t even bring a peer list at all. Nothing seems to be working.

I’ve noticed a couple production flaws, but isn’t that the reason why they didn’t realease it on dvd in the first place? It also could just be my player I guess. shrugs
I can watch 99% of it fine, so that’s good enough for me for the price.
