First off, easy starting items that works with almost anyone

Branch x 4
Salve x 1
Tangos(3) x 1

This let’s you turn the branches into a magic wand, which is one of the best items in the game. Can be the huge difference between life and death. The regen is good to keep you in lane. Salve stops if you take damage so make sure to fall back If you want to use it. You can sell the other branch later if you aren’t playing support or a hero that can turn it into headdress or buckler.

Faceless Void- one of the strongest late game carries, but needs time to get there and is squishy and lacks damage until then.

Slippers of agility x 2
Branch x 2

As soon as you can if you are sidelane (should go bottom on radiant and top on dire) get a stout shield from the side shop when you get 250 gold to turn it into a poor man’s shield. Go power treads after that and you should be fine in lane. Some people like to get mask of madness to get the burst of speed to keep them time locked. Some people get a necro book because they aren’t affected by chrono and give a good amount of stats (str to live is always good) but this is harder to do and use right so it will take practice to learn.

MKb is a really good damage item after that. I don’t play him too much so aside from the start.

Starting off get one point in timewalk. Good to get out of jail and jump on someone. After that, I like to level up Time lock and his other skill (the dodge shit) and his ult at level 6.

At level 6 I like to have 2 in bash (time lock) 2 in dodge and 1 in walk and your ult.

After that I Max out bash and his dodge because that will save your life and make your opponents hate you so much when you dodge a sniper ult.

You could replace the branches with Culling blade if you are confident that you can play safe and don’t need the extra stats from the branches.

Go safe lane (same as faceless) and FARM. As soon as you get 875 get a ring of health from the side shop. This will help you stay in lane to farm. When you can go to the secret shop (push lane first) and get vitality booster (1100g) and finish vanguard. This will let you live for a good chunk and reduce physical damage a good chunk. Your next item is a battle fury, perseverance (ring of health 875g + void stone 900g) from the secret shop and a claymore (1400g) and broadsword (1200g) from the base shop which will skyrocket your farm (just have courier bring it to you in lane).

When you have battlefury you will use it to clear your lane, let it push and then make your through your jungle and clear all those camps. You can destroy those super fast with bfury.

Next item is manta style, this stacks with mana burn and makes 2 illusions, those illusions will be a problem for the enemy, make them and just send them at someone, if they don’t run you can pretty much kill them from just those. You need yasha (boots of elvenskin (450g + blades of alacrity (1000g) + recipe (700g) all at main shop)
And an ultimate orb (2100g) from the main shop and recipe (750g?).

Get that and the game is pretty much over or should be. If not, get aegis. Then you want to get a heart and be unstoppable (reaver 3200g?) + vit booster (1100) + recipe (1200 or something?)

And if they still want to fuck, sell your aegis (you have a heart now) and build the radiance + basher sword of own and finish the damn game.
