Is it just me or does it seem Dorm teleports farther away from zero than before in the changelog video?

ultimate Dormammu is cause for excitement. i’m brainstorming some new exchange combos that may allow him to charge 3 spells midcombo.:badboy: special cancellable flame carpet would mean easy unblockables/hard-to-blockables with teleport. capcom knows how quickly that’ll degrade into lameness…i think.
Wait until his final version is around before you get excited. Plenty of buffs have been removed on characters between versions.
So with Dorm being able to preform dark spells air born (teleporting back to the ground to use them etc etc) does that mean no more need to jump cancel to combo into them?
You probably still need to jump-cancel them.
as long as they keep the special cancel on dark matter i think it should improve out zoning game. dark matter >> purification tower if they jump and even if that misses we can cancel into seeking flare. its nice that our only ‘tradition’ projectile will not be more viable.
Does fire carpet still push back on OTG or was that changed in the current build?
Removed, it’s back to normal. But in corners it might be weird against come characters.
I love my Jump cancel combos any way. lol
Personally I think they should change the hitstun on c.M back to normal. I actually ok with the flame carpet thing, but the hitsun thing PISSES ME OFF. because now the special cancellable f+H isnt as cool as i thought it was going to be
It depends on c.M’s hitbox and whether c.M can chain into Dark Matter. I remain neutral on the change.
Did that say Air Dash Removed for Current Build for Dorm?
That was for She-Hulk. She was given a dash in an earlier build.
because of the hitstun you CANNOT chain c.M to f+H the hitstun reduction causes them to just pop out
FYI, Jintor on NeoGAF has a copy of the TGS build in his possession. If anyone wants to make suggestions for things that are easy to test, feel free to list them and I’ll pass the good word along to him.
