If i make it to stream tomorrow it will be after 7 as I have to work
Itās official, arcade ST on a japanese cabinet w/new sanwa parts at Winter Brawl. maybe some people will consider going who hadnāt previously?
Whereās Winter Brawl?
live again. today itās very laggy for me. but i like this weekās screen composition better, the player portrait doesnāt take up as much space
Nice just watched the recorded stream. Kinda wish we could get something like that going out here :\
Funny thing is that after watching you guys play, I realized I could probably take every one of you.

Thank you to all that watched and participated today. We had a great time and special thanks to Riz and Mike for coming as well.
It would be great if someone if every city got a setup. We will help in any way possible, so please ask.
We have some big plans for the future, we are looking to get more setups and have a few more ideas. Join the Revolution-
thx for keeping the st spirit alive.
First post updated.
Thank you for the support sir. We all love the game and are working hard to expose the masses to the greatness that is the grand master challenge.

We are looking at March 13th as the date for the next party. Also am working on a promo vid that will highlight some of the upcoming ST tournaments, look for that soon.
Our promo video showing future super turbo tournaments is now done and is now featured up on SRK front page. (Thank you keits) Check it out and get to some of these events!

Great stuff, man!
BTW, I finally had the chance to test Seimitsu buttons this weekend. It is absurd, they are way better. IMO, there is really no reason whatsoever to use Sanwa instead of those for ST, unless they are unavailable: they are soft enough but you can use double/triple tapping just fine, while on Sanwa you gotta try to scrap them softly so as not to push them too deep but not so soft so the microswitch activates. But they are not really any hard. For example, Happ competition buttons are soft enough to me but noticeably harder than Seimitsus.
To answer your first question Iām going to bring a bunch of gmcs home, but I have to see if Iām going to sell them since a few members of DBT showed interest in getting one, but you never know.
Now onto your question about the iscan hd. Yes this thing lags and it lags bad, but donāt fret because dvdo offers another solution to our problem. They offer a device called an edge that does everything the iscan hd does and more. Hereās a thread on avsforum that goes through all of the features that the edge offers. Apparently this thing has a game mode that reduces the lag to less than a frame. The edge also accepts rgb/s and rgb/hv, so you can build a cable that goes directly from the jamma connector to the edge. Iāve seen them on certain websites for from 400-500 brand new, but I think you can probably find them used for around 300 dollars.
Breaking News: This is last minute, but Howard and Chris have arrived at Winter Brawl and are attempting to stream the ST tourney. Check it out at Donāt Blow This! 2010
Thank you to everyone that watched the winter brawl stream today. A last minute announcement and at one point peaked at 350 viewers. Congrats to Howard and Chris for working with the hotel internet and to the tourney participants. Amazing work by Mars Gattai overcoming the matchups that others just cry about.
