That kung lao player last time i visit was impressive. never seen anyone play mk9 that good in person. i feel ashame i suck so hard that only game i play at dons is ssf4. i want to learn it dam it! Health nerf or not, you’re still dead if he touches you. I’ve never been one to be concerned about health levels in a game.
mk9 is easy, but not really brain dead easy. the reason i love it so much is because you have to make decisions, and you have to commit to your decisions. you have to know what you’re doing, because you press the wrong button at the wrong time up close and you’re gonna get punished hard.
if you’re from a capcom only background, the block button takes a while to get used to, but once you’ve had some time with it, the game really is sick. it really emphasizes reading your opponent, so you can easily feel like a total badass and get into the other guy’s head. and corner pressure is also hella fun haha
but real talk, it’s still not as good as kof13 lol
When is kof13 coming out?
I believe some time before the end of Summer.
Right after Evo? If so that’s not good.
Kof needs more exposure.
Well last I remember, it’s set to come out this Summer because they didn’t want to release it when it was going to go against SSF4:AE and MVC3, so if not at the end of Summer, then right before EVO.
And I agree, it really does.
I don’t know I think all fighting games should come out around the same time. It gives it a better chance for players to “cross breed”. They won’t be as isolated with their games.
We need more cross breeding here.
