I don’t have the game, but do you think the in game music situations might be like CvS2? Something that seems odd in a fighting game yet turns out to be really appreciated?

No the in game music is as bad as Alpha 3 and the trailer music reminds me of when fan AMVs used Linkin Park.
Indestructible was a great song. I don’t get the hate. Kids these days don’t appreciate good fighting game music.

I prefer “My Town” by Hollywood Undead but they only used that song just on the trailer(s) that’s all.

I cannot wait to be done with SFIV, that damn song is so annoying. There should be an option to turn off menu music without sacrificing stage BGM.

I wasn’t complaining about the BGM in 3S, the horrible rap song for the theme is my qualm. Conscious Hip-Hop is exemplary; the lyrics are my main gripe.

I noticed that a lot of people actually prefer this song more then “Knock Me Out” by stream drum corps. I don’t understand why people dislike “Knock Me Out” so much, that song gave me a lot of energy. This song doesn’t as much.
When I heard “Knock Me Out” in the Asuka/Lili vs Chun-li/Cammy trailer, I got hype.

Just heard SF4’s Indestructible. Didn’t really like it. I thought you guys meant Disturbed’s song. Shame.
To be honest, I think it fits the game well, the lyrics almost describe the relationship between Street Fighter and Tekken, singing of hate, fighting and things thay have done leaving them scars, etc etc.
I almost feel as if the lyric “How’d we come this far, how’d we survive” relates to the fighting game genre as a whole, and how it got so far as to pit two franchises together that people never thought would happen, and the fact up until SF4 the fighting game genre was not to popular…
