This character Hakan proves that there is no design too stupid for some people to praise. Capcom could make their next original character “Crapman”, and never run out of fans for it.

Hakumo enters the tourney to prove his skills as the greatest ninja cook of all time. His hair is lime green and styled to look like a ball of rice. His attacks are, throwing rice at you ala a hadoken, doing a flip kick like guile that sends rice flying at the enemy, and his ultras are forcing rice down the enemy’s throat til they vomit everywhere, and stuffing people inside a rice cooker that sends them flying through the air as Hakumo yells Yahoooooooooooooooo!
