I messed up my back at the leg press last thursday. My lower back hurts no matter what I do. This includes coughing and crapping.
This is off topic, and a really long read, but its worth every min. Basically, what you get, is you get to watch someone ruin their career and life all in under 24 hours.

TL;DR: Big shot PR CEO talks down to customer, telling them they are too small to do any damage to his business and starts dropping big names to make himself look good. His career and life quickly falls apart shortly after the internet gets a hold of the story. It’s very very satisfying lulz. Super satisfying instant karma. God I love the internet sometimes.
UPDATE: So the guy finally apologized. Here is the letter. It’s pretty pathetic. He had to bring his wife and kid in on it to beg for mercy.

Saw the penny-arcade story up awhile ago. I’m happy this guy received the full might of the internets. This guy acted like a complete asshole to a very legitimate complaint from a very mature customer, and he treated him like a total douchebag. I’m glad he got exposed for the troll that he is and I feel no pity or remorse for this guy. He acts, and types, like a teenager, and he has his own family and business?!?! That scares me.
