Just a week after the prestigious SuperVSBattle in London.
We are proud to announce the Netherland’s biggest Super Street Fighter IV
tournament so far. We would like to invite everyone to come and test the strength of the dutch community.
Theconsole on which the tournament will be held is X-box 360. Entry fee
for dutch players is 12 euro’s and for foreigners 10 euro’s.
This is because we’re raising money for the Dutch National Championship and want
to give away a great prize. Since foreigners aren’t allowed to participate in the national championship they don’t have to pay the 2 euro’s extra.
The tournament format will be as follows:
Group stage followed by a Double elimination bracket.
Group Stage will be best of 3 matches and best of 3 rounds.
Brackets will be the same except for the winners, losers and grand finals.
The finals will be best of 5 matches and best of 3 rounds.
- Character swapping is allowed, but only after a loss or the start of a new set.
- No characters are banned.
- Button mapping/binding is allowed.
- Turbo knoppen and Macro’s not allowed.
- Button configuration must be done before the match.
- When the match is suddenly paused by a player he/she forfeits the round.
- Bring your own controller or arcade stick!!
Match settings:
- No handicap
- Random stages
- Time: 99 seconds
What you can win:We have to pay a certain amount to cover the
rent of the venue. This is about 110 euro’s. After this is deducted from
the prizemoney the money will be divided as follows:
1st place: 50% of the remaining cash.
2nd plaats: 30% of the remaining cash.
3rd plaats: 20% of the remaining cash .
with about 40 contestants it wil look like this:
1ste plaats: 145 euro
2de plaats: 87 euro.
3de plaats: 58 euro.
