Yeah, but the list of characters to vote for in your thread sucked anyway.
In case you were wondering, I didn’t include Charlie, Hugo, Garuda or Mika because only 10 options were allowed on this board. I therefore focused mostly on characters that had already been in another game (SFA3M, CFJ, etc). In fact, it’s funny that one of the lowest scorers in the poll was Sodom, one of the characters who’s been in the most games, so adding in a minor character to the poll would mean taking him out.
If you want Poison, Q, Strider or Oro, then fair enough - just say so in the text. But it seems I covered all the main ones as voting options. It then becomes a simple thing to compare the frontrunners at a glance.
I still want Charlie. They’re going to give him Guile’s costume as an alternate, and completely ruin his SFA2 theme.
And color 10 Shadow.
Care Inn
Hugo would be redundant. Elena would make sense, considering her style is new. Abel took Alex’s place. Charlie would require a big story explanation considering it’s Guile’s only reason for pursuing Bison. Birdie would be okay, but he’ll T Hawk, only on the ground with those Bull Rushes of his. Too many grapplers at this point with little variety.
R. Mika would love, but it makes me wonder if she would be all that, since her only unique move is her Flying Peach. Her grapple is somewhat like Hakan’s range wise, but it has a slow start up. Eh, if they bring any characters in, they have to contribute something different. Most SF3 characters were replacements at the start, anyway, which is why bringing in SF3 characters was redundant.
A random new Final Fight character would be cool, like Bret or Simmons
honestly if they did make a dlc character i’d rather it be a brand new character. my fanboy side would say oro, but i couldn’t imagine playing a weak, less fun version of oro that has a shit ton of damage scaling and after seeing what they did to dudley and makoto, i know they’d mess up his chicken combos and his dashes to make him weaker and less interesting. hakan was a cool design and i’d like to see what other kinds of characters they can come up with.

I always thought Garuda was kind of cool from the EX series. To be honest, I would welcome the introduction of 2 more shotoclones, just to allow a more specialised style of play. Always room for another boxer. A character from Australia would be nice too 
(minus the steriotype of Aussies being like crocodile dundee)

First of all, fuck Street Fighter 3 (and it’s cast). Second of all, fix your current characters before making new ones, Capcom. Third of all, start bringing in the rest of the Alpha cast, if anything.
I was thinking about this the other day, and thought to myself “Rolento would be a cool DLC”. I didn’t know everyone else agree’s.
