Yun & Yang (since they were already shown in Chun Li’s story cutscenes, and they rock), Karin, and R. Mika.
I don’t like the idea of putting too many SF3 characters in SSF4, since 4 is chronologically before 3. That said, Q and Hugo would be the only other additions I could see. They are already slow in 3, so there won’t be a speed issue in the transition.
Also, I don’t want to see any more Final Fight characters. Sodom and Rolento especially. Maki would be okay, but El Fuerte plays the same way as her (only faster).
Maybe some EX characters? XD
Can people get it into their heads. That EX is Arika owned not Capcom! And thus it’s not official canon.

Most of the EX 1 characters and Ingrid. She’s been in one shit game and a port of Alpha 3 on a handheld that has a terrible dpad for fighters.
