They have to handle this very delicately if they don’t want to get blown up. I won’t complain about them being there, but if they are there, than we can expect the pricing to be cheap. This situation could have been avoidable had it not been for the patch policy. No company is gonna be able to survive doing that forevers. It makes me scared for skullgirls.

Like hell it will. Reviewers get wind of this shit, and it’s a massive bulletpoint against buying the game now. Why pay top dollar when you can wait till Fall, buy used to save $ and then DL the rest of the game?

So you would buy a character that isn’t 100% complete? I think some of you are taking this a bit too far. I’d rather wait for a finished product… and even then I’m sure you would then complain and say “wtf I paid for this? why are dudley’s animations so crappy wtf capcom!!”

For those of you who are saying that those of us who want the complete package (that is already on the disc) are “entitled”, let me put this whole situation in a very simple perspective.
Let’s say you go to a restaurant. You look at the menu and see “Caesar Salad - Comes with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and Caesar dressing”.
This sounds good to you, so you tell the waiter that you want the Caesar Salad.
A few minutes later, the waiter shows up with your Caesar Salad, but even though the menu didn’t mention it, you see bits of chicken and croutons buried in the bottom of the bowl. You don’t really understand why they weren’t mentioned on the menu, but here they are, so you go to take a bite of chicken, when suddenly the waiter snatches your fork out of your hand.
He claims that the chicken and croutons cost extra. Even though they’re already in your bowl, even though you didn’t ask for them or know that they would be there, you’re not allowed to eat them unless you agree to an extra charge. Your friend, who has been sitting across from you and wanted to split the salad with you, agrees to pay for the chicken. He takes a bite and of course, now he has to pay extra, which he has no problem with.
But you still aren’t allowed to eat it. Even though it has been paid for, only your friend is able to eat the chicken, not you. Even though it’s from the same bowl, you still aren’t allowed to eat it without paying extra. Now tell me, do you think this is right? I would think that any sane person would feel cheated, and would leave the restaurant and vow to never return.
