It’s ok I guess…though not in tag type fighters…it would 1 combo could eaisly put you in a dizzy state in those games. but for single play…eh…it can stay or go.
Dizzy is great! When else am I gonna taunt your ass safely for letting me hit you so many times?
This thread is too funny
I agree.
Jam is better.
Getting hit is a terrible fighting game mechanic too! They should only allow ME to hit others.
Losing is the worst mechanic of all. I shouldnt have to be good at the game. I tried and that should be what counts.
This complaint is a copy and paste of almost every complaint about fighting games ever made.
“Grabs are too strong.” Tech you idiot.
“Dizzy is overpowered and dumb.” Block and/or get away from their fists.
“Dragon punches are overpowered reversals.” How about you quit jumping.
The list is never ending, and there is a response for every variation.
Furthermore, I’m worried if you feel like you get dizzied that much. I don’t ever see me or the opponent get dizzied more than maybe a few times a day (to put that into perspective, that’s like 3 out of 100 matches). Just get out of the way of attacks, or I dunno…BLOCK.
It is time you learn to Block

Yes I agree, I like Jam better.
I actually agree with you. By design it doesn’t make sense, but all you can do is just play a non-Street Fighter fighter.
I think today’s parents should stop raising pussies. It’s a terrible life mechanic.
the people who dont like dizzy should play guilty gear xrd when it drops, dizzy isnt in that game
dizzies in 3rd Strike were awesome and definitely added to the game, especially the dizzy gauge. in ST it was a little closer to the unnecessary side of things since stun can have random values. sometimes a combo would stun, sometimes it wouldn’t and many combos do almost 50% damage to your life-bar anyways not counting how damaging supers were.
in SF4 they kinda suck. they can ruin a combo and to reset the damage scaling a bit (if it happened mid combo) you have to lvl3 FA and in the end there’s like a tiny bit of extra damage overall for your efforts. it’s best to guess at how much stun you’ve done to your opponent and go for a reset to take advantage of it. there’s so much shit that rewards the loser that i think stun should reset most of the damage scaling so the winner is rewarded. i mean, it takes like 1.5 rounds to build just one super and it does ass damage!
Soon.
I love KOF94 because a 3 hit combo with any member of the AOF team typically did upwards 50% and stunned.
Good times.
I still wish SFIV had a visible dizzy/stun bar.
I think health bars are are the worst mechanic in fighting games. They were made to kill you! WHY DO THAT?!
Well, there goes another person who’ll complain that the FGC is full of elitists because he got told to get better instead of complaining about mechanics that have been established for decades…
This, I totally agree with. It’s really hard to judge how close I am to stun without it in this game.

I really wish attacks would be eliminated from fighting games. They really are detrimental to me winning at these games.
