Starship Troopers was fucking awesome. I didn’t know they made like 8 more after the first one.
They made a total of 3.
Starship Troopers 2 was… Eh. It had the guy from the series Sentinel, which was bad ass.
I have yet to see Starship Troopers 3: Marauders.

Just watched this movie. I first learned about it when dugg posted this thread…
It was pretty good overall. I went in knowing nothing and not expecting too much though.
All I remember from that movie was Dizzy’s topless scene, Denise Richards, and a shitload of sleepless nights.
I liked the movie. It was the first movie I walked out of the theater and I wasn’t disappointed.

the weird thing is, i can’t explain why it’s a good movie. i know its a good movie, but like, the action, ok decent or above average, story, same thing, characters, again alright, special effects, probably took a lot of work but wasn’t too flashy
like i can’t explain where the great part of the movie is. star trek, i can tell you where the awesome is. this movie? something about it…
I can tell you where the awesome in Star Trek is too, between the beginning and the end. :rock:
But yeah, nothing particularly stands out about this movie, it just went together really well.
I felt it was just that they presented it in such a fashion, while maintaining very…like i said, up to date cg… just a seamless experience that threw you into the middle of it from the get-go. hang on tight
