This week has been constant disconnects. Every fucking 3 or 5 matches, shit just kicks out.
The game was playing fine the first 2 weeks, but it’s worse than HDR is now.
It’s not random anger drops either, it’s been everyone, friends down the street, in State, across region. I’m getting way to angry about it too, because it seems to happen particularly in tense matches.
I message that to everyone who dc’s (on purpose or not) I can’t really tell y’know.
No hate though lmao.

Anybody having connection issues? I haven’t been able to play since last night. When I go to quick match everyone is flashing zero bars. Everything was fine until 11 last night.
In quick match I’ve found on average the 0 flashing people to have roughly the same latency as 3 bar people. I don’t really know why, it’s just a trend with me atleast. It takes me forever to join a game but I don’t get many non-rage disconnects during the game. The majority of them for me take place in the lobby or the character selection screen.
Oh I am so pissed because these random disconnects have been happening to me now!
I get them in the lobby, character select, and in the moddle of matches(2 round most of the time be it that I’m losing or winning).
Like many said it was flying smooth during the first week or two of it’s release but for these past two days, it is really annoying!
I’ve had weird dc’s just like the original poster lately. I’m not logged out of PSN, just that match. And I too am noticing everyone having flashing bars right afterwards.
I have been d/c so much it has really got on my last nerve, it always happens in the best matches where myself and my opponent are fairly even, and lets me play against scrubs all day with no issues or d/c (how odd). It always happens between rounds and usually occurs when I am losing making the other guy think I pulled from the match on purpose because I was down life wise (I hope they don’t think that because I don’t quit during a match even when I am losing)
When will Capcom fix this stupid issue I don’t want to see my name listed as a rage quitter when I know I don’t knowingly quit at anytime during a match.
Anyone else get DC’ed last night and not be able to get back on? Happened to me around 11ish, central.
Yes. I was playing someone and got booted out of PSN and couldn’t log back in for the next 5 minutes. The guy I was playing sent me a message saying he also got booted out of PSN. Happened around 1AM EST, maybe a little later than that.
This is horrible, at times it’s playable but they really need to fix this. It’s ridiculous!
The only issue i’ve had with drops is during the match load screen and those are infrequent so that doesn’t bother me to much. I have my ps3 wired to my cable modem and I only play 3 or more bars if it’s ranked.
talking about sf4 or hd remix? sf4 has been ok for me (online) but on the other hand hdr’s netplay has been absolutely atrocious these past couple of days. Constant disc., players mysteriously dropping (getting kicked) then having to re-enter. Often I’ll get no search results whatsoever no matter what the search parameters are set to. In the mornings, when i usually play, I have not been able to get on. Like right now. Pretty annoying…
Quick question: Is there any way to stop people with 100+ ping from joining my games?
I get disconnected all the time and when I have lost the first match people think it’s a rage quit. Therefore the only time I message people to talk shit is if it’s a clear drop ie they are losing, their character stops all movement completely, and then the disconnect box pops up.
Anything between rounds or before a round starts is more often than not the shitty servers
Happens to me all the time too. Although for me, it seems to happen most during a loss and I’m rage-mashing on my stick and the disconnect comes up between round switches. Does that seem to happen to anyone else or is this just a coincidence?

The rage disconnect are lame however the other night I did get some random PM from so d00d on the PSN after our game got disconnected.
It went something like “you cheater, you are lagging on purpose, I can usually tell what natural lag is and what forced lag is and you are cheating!”
I was kinda like WTFBBQ at the message because the last game I played against him/her, I lost and we got disconnected at the lobby screen.
Anyone else get crazy messages from people who squable over useless outcomes?
BTW the connection was green but there was lots of lag and I was missing alot. I’m on PST and it was around 11:30pm
