Also, gameadvisor, I’m glad that there’s someone else in SD that also collects hard to find games! I just got a hold of The House of the Dead for the US Saturn, it’s one of the rarest(short print) games for the Saturn. I can’t believe I just lost an auction on eBay for Street Fighter Collection for SAT by 1 dollar ! That thing goes for well over $60 each time and the last one ended at $16 bucks! :mad:
I have almost all the Street Fighter games for Playstation 1, I’m just missing Street Fighter Collection 2. Also if you’re looking for MegaMan games I’m sure you’re going to be getting the collection that just came out in Japan? Or are you going to wait for the US one in Feb.?

I found the ultra rare Castlevania: Dracula X for snes but it was fucked up so I let my friend buy it. My buddy also grabbed dragon force for saturn there before I saw it. I’m also looking for fighters mega mix and virtua fighter kids for saturn. Right now, I need a 5-in-one cart for my saturn so I can Play my imports.
Hey I got a copy of Virtua Fighter Kids that should be coming in with a Saturn bundle I won on eBay… what a coincidence. I hope the condition is as good as what the seller said…
I’ve been to Game Dude. Good place, there’s these other two game places I go to in Santa Monica… I forgot the name of the first one, the other one is Hyper Game Action. Great stuff there.
If you wanna check out some of the more rare games here in San Diego(for the defunct consoles)… check out Luna Games over on Ocean Beach. I’ve found lots of treasure there. A friend of mine found THREE pristine condition Dreamcast Agetec sticks there for 11 dollars each! O_O! They also got a perfect condition Sega Master System console and a Turbo Duo and Turbo Express!
As for things I’m looking for, I’m looking most for older NES and Saturn games. I always look for them mint and complete… except the NES games, those are an exception because they are just too hard to find complete nowadays… And of course the occasional PS1 game… Suikoden II(PS1), Dragon Warrior VII(new preferrably)… Dragon Warrior IV(NES), Stadium Events(NES), etc…
Btw if you don’t have Initial D: Special Stage for the PS2, you should check it out, it’s fun stuff. Of course it’s pretty much the same as the arcade(version 2), but the only drawback is that it lacks a 2 player mode. WTF! :mad:

anywho tonite was tight, lets see if we can go to isaacs pad on thursday…im trying to find a good ps2 online bundle or something like that on ebay…i want a ps2 but not too expensive…as long as its new and has the + sign on the box to insure its a newest ver. of ps2 released…

Also if you really wanna get it dirt cheap… buy some of the cheap ass games at Circuit City and compare the prices to the ones that WalMart’s have in stock. WalMart will let you return games for credit as long as they are not opened, even if you don’t have the receipt. You do the math, a couple of $5-10 games can = big savings on a PS2.
that price for the bundle is after rebates and such…and then after shipping…jeez…im paying alot…plus all the accessorys they give you is 4rd party stuff…i only buy my things brand new and must be official not 3rd party…
anywho all i wanted was the ps2 online bundle and a memory card…i got a few games at home and can pick up a new one probabvly on ebay or something…i want golden sun 1 on gba new…but its out of print… damn it.
I found quite a few copies of Golden Sun today, still new. Check out GameCrazy stores as they have a lot of older games that are harder to find. I saw the Golden Sun at GameCrazy near Grossmont College. $19.99.
