I have to work on the one day i wanted to go to comic con, so i guess im evo bound.
I wrote a request on my bosses desk to ask if i can get those days off. ( 29th to the 1st? ) if he says yeah then im good to go, if not, then no comic con or evo for me, just lots of $ for clothes and games…and food…but yeah…if i get the ok i will let ya’ll know…hopefully withen the next couple of days…but yeah…we shall see what happens…i really want to go.

hey you bitches gotta let me know if I can reserve the hotel now so I can do it. And there is NO GOING BACK once I reserve the hotel, so if I do reserve it, there is no punking out, cuz you’ll still have to pay for the hotel.

Tony- If your serious about the room then I can probably talk to the peps that I’m staying with about the switching to another room. But I wont until it’s fur sure that you are getting the room…if so I will do my best to stay with you guys. Alright Comic Con is very near so I will be down the SD this Sat and Sun. Alright hopefully maybe we can have a RoD session or something while I’m down there for it. Alright if I dont see you guys then I will see you guys at EVO. Alright lates.

Its official, i have the days off for evo, and should have the money, rod krew for evo is a go, let me know what ya’ll are going to do.
OK. So should I reserve the room? and what days should I reserve the hotel for? And if your’re gonna be down here jaime, then lets play on sunday cuz I’m off on sundays. let me know.
Do get the room…once you do then I can tell the other peps I’m going to stay with you guys. I’m sure they wont get mad or anything so it’s all good once you get the room. Well I was planning on attending all 4 days…even though Thursday doesn’t really count…but it’s mainly for registering for EVO that day and casual. Though I wanted to go to that FFA tournament as well on Thursday…but registration is on that day also. But from what I hear FFA is gonna have a lot of the Japanese players and a lot of out of towners.
But I dont see how it can work out since I either have to give someone the money to register me that day. Either that or someone could spot me that day and I'll pay them back that same night once the tournament is over. If worst comes to worst I will just not go, even though I want to really bad. So what I would do is get the room for 4 days or 3 nights. Then on thursday I can pay you upfront what I owe you for the room. Since I will mostly have cash on me...dont have a credit card or checks or anything like that.
Dont know if that sounds good for you Tony? But that's just an idea if your down with that. So if you guys are going anyone going to bring a DC or PS2 to practice on? I could probably bring both systems along if you guys want me to bring them. Though that means more stuff for me to carry on and off the hotel :). But it's cool with me...I have pretty much all the games for both system. I also have GGXX...so if you want to practice up with me Dios or anyone for that. Also if you guys have sticks...which I'm sure you guys have by now...bring those along. I'm bringing only my stick...since I'll need it for EVO and for practicing or what not for EVO.
As for Sunday Tony don't know how that can work out...since I'm leaving that day. Unless we meet up early afternoon or something like that and you bring me back to the convention after a few games. We can go to GT or something like if you want...I'm down for anything really. But I need to get back before the Comic Con is over or what not. Since I'm doing promotions for a website I work with there. We got a booth and everything so it's going to be great for advertising. ill be bringing 2 dreamcasts and a gamecube for smash bros melee $ matches against people at evo. theres a SSBM money matching thread in the evo 2k4 section. if someones down for money matches hit me up and we will see whats up, and good thing bringing ps2 at shilo in nocturnalm practice up in some ggxx and ill bring my street fighter collection.
Also, i accidently asked for the 28th to the 1st, when all i needed is the 29th to the 1st, i wonder if i should correct what i meant and work that extra day or not/whatever.
Anywho, ill bring lots of gaming stuff and my controls and stick.

Soon as we meet up there Tony I will give you the money right away if you want it right then and now. That’s no problem for me like I said before…I will have the money for the room. OK so all I will bring is my PS2 then…that’s good…I’ll bring all my games with me then for the PS2. If you guys want me to bring extra copy of DC games I can do that also. I’m bringing my PSX to DC converter as I will need that for sure. I have a GC also…dont have SSBM…but have played it before…just never got into it.
So it's settled then...once you get the room Tony let me know especially so I can let the other room peps know what's up. Alright also that SvN guy wants to join us it seems...dont really know that guy myself. But I dont mind having more peps in the room...just means more practice prior to EVO for me. Alright well things are really looking up for the RoD Krew. I can't wait till EVO now it's going to be great...oh yea and is anyone bringing a camera to EVO for filming? Cause all I got is a regular camera not even a digital one :(. I guess that's good enough for me...but maybe if someone could film some of the matches during EVO would be great.
Another thing I wanted to ask now that it's all going so well...is what time are you guys planning to show up on thursday? That way I can get there somewhat around the same time to meet up with you all. Well once Tony gets the room we can all set up a time and where to meet prior to getting adjusted into the room.
