Not really useful for a good chunk of the cast, except for like Viper EX siesmo. You’re making the read that they’re going to throw and punishing with an option that would probably get counterhit if they went or a frame trap. You’re better off just holding up.
JC’d Tbolt is the only jcable move for dud since ssb and ju are already grab invincible.

Everything is useful. Just depends on the situation. In most situations for tut it’s useless.
SSB and Jet Upper are already grab invincible from frame 0.
all mgbs are - on block so useless vs grapplers unless you get a damn good read.
jc tbolt is gdlk i been using it since super (i thought tbolt was always grab invincible on start up)
jc duck is gdlk since but like ex mgb you gotta make a damn good read otherwise you may end up ducking right into a full combo/grab
But ya it’s useless vs top end players unless used early, because when you’re close to stun thawk/gief/abel will look to shut down your possible corner escape/wake up with a hard read (lmao i’ve tbolted right into a headbutt once counterhit into gg
If people see your dudley has more options than the usual dudley then you’re already winning.
