Neutral jump+ HK and forward/backward jump + HK are the same move (with different frame properties). Its called The Business Elbow. Check out GGM’s Dudley Guide

Very nice match. Dudley could of clutched it earlier though instead of relying on random ultra by using it after the focus crumple. All Dudley players need to capitalize on that.

i got it.
after 30 min practice i got it maybe 1 evrey 50 tries. after an hours practice maybe 1 out of every 30 tries. its tough but possible. Would not be suprised if the combo were made of 3, 1 frame links. Must do the ducking, rose, and ultra as fast as possible. The rose must fall kinda behind her. If the rose hits her in front you did something way too late.
also works after. Toward Rh, low jab, St. Rh, lpJet upper
or towrd mp, st. RH, lpjert upper
i practiced with those since i need to practice those links anyway, the first seems to be the most practical. Did not try against other chars yet though.
