You’re absolutely right, I found this out the hard way today. At max range they can’t reliably throw you, but you can definitely be jabbed. However I still think it’s a strong string against opponents who like to back dash out of pressure because of the option selects that are possible with F+MK.

just finished watching this video. He kept using this combo where he would c.jab x 2 and then a standing punch into ducking (and then optionally super). What move is that in between? s.fk? s.mk? Is it a very difficult link?
Generally what is a good hit confirm combo that is doable for newbies?

Check this thread for combos. Lots of good BnBs and punishers. Hit training mode and see what’s doable for you and work from there.
