Differences between 3s AE Xbox/PS2 and DC version

Are you playing it in a 360?

Yeah.

Shit, now that I think about it, that WOULD introduce some issues. It’s emulation after all.

It’s not as crazy as you say. I use my 360 with AC for specific training setups if I need to check something that I can’t do on mame with cheats.

It depends on stage mostly. cdb does not make the game slow down, it’s just the character moving high into the air on certain stages that slows the game down.

Just stick to ken/alex’s stage and you’ll have few issues. Remy’s stage may be fine too, Dudley’s is mostly ok. It’s absolutely awful how it slows down but it won’t be an issue once 3soe releases.

Yeah, I noticed that these stages (Makoto, Ken/Alex, Dudley, and Remy) are perfect or (in Dudley’s case) very close to it. Ryu’s stage is weird. If you do CDB JUST to the right of the left bird, you get no slowdown. Anywhere else, and you’ll see it.

3SOE uses 990512 WITH Ken&Makoto throw reset bug fixed.

*r u sure about this?

The producer said so himself in an interview with WakeupSRK @ E3

great, is there any chance that 3s oe will release arcade version?

I have always played the DC version of this game. Hopefully the transition to the new version online wont be that huge.

It really depends on how deeply you attempted to play it. If you played it really hardcore, then you’re going to have quite a bit to adjust to. If you played more casually, you may not even notice a difference.

When I went from arcade to DC, I couldn’t tell the difference. When I went from DC as my home console to PS2, I couldn’t tell the difference. Then I got better at the game, went back to DC, and was like, WTF is this shit?
