Lamuness, awesome resets! I’m gonna adjust them to my Triple Arrow assist. I love the double knee drop reset with Disruptor and ambiguos Cartwheel! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! That 2nd video isn’t mine, and I can’t get that ambiguous cartwheel to work :(. I think out of the hour I was trying to learn those resets from Ika’s video, I’ve only landed ambiguous cartwheel only one time, and that’s from start position. If i’m in the corner, or anywhere on my side of the screen, it won’t work :.

How the hell do you cancel the somersault into jump loops? It is frustrating.

Hold up. If the somersault hits, it will cancel the animation after the hit by jumping. A jump cancel.

I think you can put Dante in that assist list , Jam Session is a Anti Air for bad matchups and give some lockdown for mix ups only the range is bad >.<

And the THC is Amazing on hit or On block !

How many loops should I be able to do? I can only get 2 then they flip out.

  1. A 3rd one is possible but you don’t have any options to follow up with.

My advice is to look over this thread, there’s millions of links to Jill combo videos. Even though they’re vanilla most of them still work in Ultimate. They haven’t changed her much.

You can follow up a third with H,4H,Cart.

You can do** four loops** acctually with great timing. Example.
M > H > bH> sommersault > jH > jS (delayed) > loop (jM > jM > jH > jS) x3 > S > air combo

Make sure your combo doesn’t use dH before sommersault.

Oh, I wasn’t counting the first j.H, j.S lol. j.MMHS part you can do 2 times with consistency. A 3rd seems to be only able to follow up w/ an S after you land.

Ok so lets say I do

LMH, qcf.M, diagup.M j.H j.S j.M j.H j.S… what do you do after those 2 loops? or am I doing the loop(s) wrong?

That combo has Many issues.

  1. Don’t start Jill combos with L, start it with M, H,2H,4H,etc.
  2. DO NOT use her Cartwheel in the beginning of a combo.
  3. It’s j.HS, j.MMHS.

Your Jump loop is going to look like this

M,H,2H,4H,22S,Somersault,j.HS, j.[MMHS,MMHS], s.H,4H,Cartwheel,22S, Somersault,MGS.

I don’t think I understand the notation. You’re saying diagup after the cartwheel, which to me is suggesting you’re feral dashing up and forward after that move for some reason. Here’s a simple one that I like to use and suggest in its place:

M, H, 2H, 4H, 22S, Somersault, JC towards, jH, jS, land and jump forward, jM, jM, jH, jS, land and jump straight up, jM, jM, jH, jS, H, 4H, Cartwheel, 22S, Somersault, MGS

You can start it with L and it will still all connect, but try to avoid that if you can. It’ll scale it down from about 620k to about 590k

EDIT: NSR’s ninja post is right. You used your ground bounce too early.

lol, you guys are so late. I post those Jill videos in the thread the same day I uploaded them. that was three months ago. o_O

i think disrupter is one of her best because it is one of the best beam assist regardless just from sheer speed of it being across the screen … because it allows her to advance on the opponent really easy… i’m not talking about mixup … also magnus is one of the best characters in the game … also the dhc is really good… i’ll agree with sent … but i use sent for hard knock down and oki … i dont like having jill and strider on the same team … health is too much of an issue … but yea i agree with all your ideas just dont like teams that if jill gets hit your team runs like poop… i’m still working on jill tony doom though … but doom is a pretty deep character if you use dash cancels and just all his tools so we’ll see if i’ll be ready for SB with the jill tony doom team

on a side note i REALLY REALLY like that ika, sexrice, paulo, and myself play different jill teams because that almost guarantees us new tech because we see her from a totally different aspect as players so as long as we keep this up and keep in contact we might be able to work together and bring jill home some nice W’s

i got 3rs yesterday at KOTC … i switched jill out for tony in match ups i like tony alot more in … played mag jill/tony sent … my doom didn’t feel quite ready yet

Not sure if you guys do this with Sent/Jill but if you happen to have Sent in before Jill and you do whatever Sent combo you choose, just as you Rocket Punch call Jill (arrow kick) and do Hyper Sent. Force. It allows you to microwave right after. (in the corner obviously)

I hope to get good enough with my team to offer new perspectives and tech with Jill and Spider-Man… but that is going to be a while. D: I use her arrow kick to start easy web throw combos atm.

Just got 3rd place in a tournament here in Brazil. My Jill is better, dudes. Made a nice comeback (no xfactor) against Dante and Vergil. There’s no videos uploaded yet, but I’ll post them here as soon as they are available.
I lost twice to a Mag/ Storm/ Sent player. Bah.

Now, I’m just making some experience with Tenderizer assist, so this way I get a lockwdown assist (Tenderizer) and a projectile one (Triple Arrow). I’ve got to sacrifice some dagame though… Combos with Stone Smite give me some TODs. (with DHC to Inferno, of course u_u)
