What I’m hating about destiny is the matchmaking, it feels like it’s made with peanuts, it’s shit, they give you people that are underleveled or people who are just shit on FPS games. How do you expect me to do something if people suck balls or are just underleveled?

Did the raid for the first time last night.
RNGesus and the cryptarch are my bros. Got shader, energies, raid gloves, raid sniper, raid lmg, the vault cloak, and capped it off with the multi tool exotic scout rifle after atheon died.
Then ive gotten 3 legendary scout rifles, a hand cannon, a pulse rifle and an exotic helmet for my titan i haven’t seen before

has anyone else been having a shit ton of disconnects over the last few hours? i can barely go about 15 mins before i get error messages. ive had a zebra and a caterpillar too but didnt bother to check what they meant.
it keeps saying to check my internet connection but destiny is the only thing having problems. stupid destiny.
Rolled the dice on an Exotic engram from Xur and got this bad boy:

PvP tips:
Figure out if your map will require shotty or fusion. Sniper maybe, if you are good enough.
Avoid open areas.
Camp near open areas to kill fools who don’t quite understand the previous rule.
Stay near a teammate, so u can steal kills or have backup (this isn’t COD… Enemies have hp and shields).
Head shots are important with all weapons.
Learn the maps, and how radar works to figure which way enemies are coming.
Learn to use your jet packs well. Simple shit like floating above doorways to catch n00bs trying to come around corners with a shotty, works wonders.
Don’t run away from a sunsinger who is using super to refill your meters. Rapidly respawning grenades are no joke.
I usually just play control, and camp the commonly used routes to the control points.
Maybe scrap the other helmet if this one is flat better. If it just fits the other sub class id save it.
And keep the vest in case they ever allow 2 exotic armor peices
- 24 and I haven’t gotten a single Legendary item yet. I’m guessing loot farming won’t work here.
So I just wake up, do some chest runs and I get 3 Engrams, 2 blues and a coin, I level up the crypman and I get 2 more blues, 2 more coins, I bought the Ice Breaker now.
i aam extremely jaded about getting the exotic engrams from xur. 3 times ive tried aand all 3 ive gotten stuff for other classes.
get the ice breaker. Everything else this week is shit.
I disagree, the titan helm is good for a pvp striker. The warlock chest plate is also useful for pvp as most sunsingers run the ability that gives them an extra grenade and it will automatically spawn you with 2 grenades every time you die. That being said, ice breaker has really high impact for a sniper, and even though it doesn’t list the ability for some reason, it regenerates ammo really quickly.
The regeneration ability is there, it’s called “No Backpack”
im gonna save my coins rather than get the ice breaker. i cant use snipers in PvP for shit. i honestly dont know how some people are able to shoot you in the face .5 seconds after you walk round a corner. my reactions/aim isnt quick enough.
I don’t use it for PVP, Ice breaker excels on Strikes and Weeklies.
Since i started using a shotgun my performance on PvP has improved a lot 
Bungie acknowledges people are underwhelmed by the Iron Banner, and how they oversold the “power matters” aspect. They explain why they toned it down. They say they are listening to feedback and future Iron Banners could be different.

I think it’s dumb that they toned it down for lower leveled players. Those guys can go play normal crucible. Iron Banner should feel different and it doesn’t. They had to add normal crucible rep to the Iron Banner just to get people to play it.

the fastest way to get legendary stuff from there is to join a faction, then do stuff. bounties, strikes, crucible. you only earn rep for that faction tho any crucible, or vanguard rep goes to whatever you picked
I didn’t buy the Ice Breaker. I agree with Datto’s opinions on stuff Xur sells:

Even if you are bad at sniping it regenerates ammo. So anytime you are doing a nightfall and need ammo for another special weapon you just switch to it and switch back.
