Brain fart. Yeah I’m so used to not seeing my characters face, that I forgot. It does look like the armor/weapons will be much different though and that is a big part of appearance. Personally I love how it looks, and Miyasaki is a genius. I think DS2 suffered tremendously from not being directed by him.
People, please, put the Bloodborne discussion in the Bloodborne thread. See, I’m already avoiding that thread because I wanna go into the game blind, and I don’t wanna worry about spoilers in THIS thread too!

Knew it was a matter of time before someone took the Fume UG to the next lvl
Haha holy shit superarmor jump attacks and R1 attacks. Nuts.

This guy (Oroboro) in particular uses the weapon really well. As hard it is to efficiently use it in PVP he makes it look like a walk in the park.
I don’t think it’s any harder to use than other UGS

UG’s in general , i guess
I’m more interested in the hidden potential behind Alonne’s sword. :*

decided to make a FINAL (yes , this time i promise it’s FINAL)
a FINAL build. It’s a cosplay build more than anything i guess. It’s really ass and not so good for anything , but i was enjoying myself anyways.

I want to do one final run through all 3 souls games before Bloodborne comes out. I had the neat idea of coming up with a build that is possible to create between all three games, and then play through them with this setup in order. Maybe I’d use this same character in Bloodborne if possible, too. I want to do something like a Ninja build. The closest I’ve ever come to trying one is the DEX build I had in DaS1, and that was one of the funnest playthroughs I’ve ever done.
By ninja, I mean backstabs, daggers, clever usage of consumable weapons/items, poison, stuff like that. Really good ADP, extremely fast and agile, maybe with a focus on stealth as well.
It’s very hard to do this in DeS and DkS1 IMO but I did basically all of DkS2 that way pretty easily

For the first two games, yeah I can imagine it’d be very difficult. They didn’t give us nearly as many stealth options in those games as you have in Dark Souls II.
Demon’s Souls, I’m pretty sure you only get a ring that dampens your footsteps.
Dark Souls has this type of ring too IRRC, with the added benefit of Chameleon and invisibility spells. Not to mention DEX builds are godlike in that game, so it’s probably a little easier in that one.
Dark Souls II meanwhile gives you the Simpleton’s Ring, a spell to mask your footsteps, a spell to turn you invisible, a wide selection of decent daggers, items that blend you with the environment, dat poison buff…everything is there.

Respectable list, those are all good, to really good bosses. I switch some around personally, but I like what they have chosen.l

Yeah, the bosses they chose were spot on pretty much. They’re just not in the right order lol…
Astrea at number 8? Artorias at 4? List is fraudulent.
I might have dropped Gargoyles to add Gwyn to the list. Granted he’s not hard once you learn to parry but the music and the setting are craaaazy good.
Overall good stuff though

If it would have been my list , mirror knight and ruin sentinels would have been in there.
There was nothing like the pre-patch sound of the mirror knight’s thunder blowing your earphones up.
Prepatch Lost Sinner was really dope to. I beat her my first time unpatched, and in the dark. It was really cool, I really learned my ranges in that fight for that build. I know my lock on range in the dark like like no other to man.
Ever since the patch tho, she’s no fun to fight. Very boring now.
I’d take Gargoyles off the list because they are so damn easy if you just pay attention and aren’t Hollowed. You get to take Solair with you, and he can almost do that boss fight by himself (Cuz Solair is the first Sunbro, boss as fuck), and if you managed to rescue Lautrec and took a stroll down to Fielink then you can summon that mofo to, him and Solair can handle that fight on their own. I summoned them for my recent NG+4 build and they still bully that fight. They needed a little help, but they still handled it. The reason this fight it hard is because the first time you don’t expect that second gargoyle till you got fire shootin up your ass. You’re also probably under geared, but they put Andre there for a reason.
I’d replace Gargoyles with Priscilla, she’s totally option, most people probably miss that entire section of the game first time through, and she’s totally unexpected. She’s so pretty but that scythe man. She talks to you and offers to let you pass, but if you do attack her bitch disappears. I think this fight is great. I love how her feet leave footprints in the snow, what an awesome touch. And she gives that dope ass Dagger if you hack her tail off.
I dunno man, after doing the Painted World, that was not what I expected inside that fog gate, left a nice impression on me.
