I hope not. I don’t want to sin with my first character

Wow the knights in Anor Londo have some bullshit tracking. There have been numerous times when I’m on the right or left side of a knight while he’s attacking straight. Then, the character model rotates around and attacks me. This is the first area where I’ve gotten pretty pissed because it feels like I’m losing to this stupid tracking. Heck, I’ve even gone for a backstab and I’m about to attack the cape of a knight when the knight raises his attack to his front and strikes me. I’d head back to get my weapon upgraded past 5+, but I don’t feel like traveling all of the way back here. Do any of you have tips for dealing with the knights, especially the spear ones?

The ledge with the two archers? That wasn’t bad. All I did was take the right path using the left pillar for cover from the other archer. It did take me 2-3 times until I was able to kill the archer, but it wasn’t too difficult.
Yea Parry>Ripost all day every day. Silver Knights are really easy to parry.
Took on Venrdick with 4 Giant Souls on me. Ha. He pushed my shit in.
About as metal as the Dave Matthews Band, IMO.
Fuck you. You wasn’t with me shooting the the Asylum what sunbro set you repping? You don’t be in the Iron Burrow, I don’t be seeing you in no lost Sinners! I ain’t Rating shit Peter Deadmouse.

Whew, took out Ornstein, but then Smough smashed me.
It’s called the STOMP and I will empty jump Stomp you, yo. Gimmie dat ring.
Those are the smaller guys, right? Even better, you can just hold block and circle around them and then when they attack you can go for an easy backstab. I did that with all of the Knights in Kiln of the Flame.
So is anyone still playing Dark Souls 1? Is it worth putting a summon sign down?
Killed the twin Dragonriders. Then fought the Looking Glass Knight. I want to say it took me about 10 attempts. And having watched the DON’T Play of the fight it gives me some new-found insight. He is a frustrating boss but for completely different reasons that DSP thinks he’s hard. Mainly for these reasons:
When he’s free to be attacked, you can still accidentally hit his shield.
His Electricity attack is kinda’ random. This is a problem if you try to heal.
He recovers very quickly from his plunging attack. Just felt like mentioning that, I was like “What? I still can’t attack him?”
The minion. Unless you have a weapon that does massive damage and can kill the minion in two hits, you still have to deal with him and the Knight teaming up
I feel like you need either a Spear or a similar kind of weapon to make this fight easier. Frankly, I wouldn’t blame someone for Summoning for that fight.
Bro talking about recovery time? My nigga fight the Artorias in DS1, all of his moves got frame advantage and his recovery is TOO fast.
yup people are still playig. I got summoned, and did some summoning the other day.
@BullDancer Negro, I BEAT Knight Artorias on my FIRST try. Know your role and shut your hole.
Knight Artorias was easy as fuck. Plus he didn’t have a shield that can block an attack even if he’s free, and he didn’t have a helper, and he didn’t have a really good magic attack that can be one of three different kind of attacks.
Bea Looking Glass Knight with my fists today, dudes a push over just like 90% of DSIIs bosses. How on earth did you beat Artorias in one try but struggle with The Rotten man?
The Looking Glass Knight’s electric attacks aren’t random. They all have tells that can be read if you pay close attention. I can’t remember them off of the top of my head, but his movement is different depending on which attack he’s going to use.
