Just got the ps3 version a few hours ago. Anyone else having problems with the initial 125mb update? Mine ends with an error message at 99% with 2 secs on the timer.
Not really a big deal at this point since im going for an offline only spoiler free run but im curious if anyone is experiencing this error.

Got my Collectors damn thing is heavy sadly boxed got beat up and scored me the guide. Seem’s ill be raising hell on Amazon shipping thing was opened and taped closed and kicked in. Statue has some weight too it so if you can snag it for props. I’ll post pictures up soon after i get put of work.

Got the game. Swordsman class. Dual blades FTW!!! I’ve been getting my ass kicked over and over again. I was thinking yeah the game is harder. AFter doing some browsing around… I realized why I was having trouble. Now, with the Swordsman class, in ONE opening, I can kill almost any enemy before they can even attempt to fight back. But I noticed how I was exhausting my stamina each time I did it. Turns out the reason why they took almost an entire stamina bar to finish off was that I joined a covenant I didn’t know about. The Company of Champions.
I streamed me opening the CE. Shit is sexy as fuck.

Been playing for most of the night… I went with a Swordsman too. Plan on doing a Dex build with him.
So far it’s been pretty damn awesome…this is definitely Dark Souls all over again. I love it.
I’m currently stuck on
The Pursuer. This guy is no joke. I already took care of the Last Giant, though. Does anybody know what to do with his soul?
Also I too am having a strangely difficult time managing my stamina. I made sure I left the Covenant of Champions too, and it still seems like I don’t have very much at all. But that could also be due to how I’m setting up my character. The stats are split up a lot differently than they have been in previous games, so I’m having a difficult time deciding where to put my points sometimes, given that I don’t exactly know how they’re going to effect my character/game in the long run.
Maybe I should put more into Endurance instead of Adaptability for now. I just want dat quick roll.
What’s the difference between white soapstone and the small one… seems to work the same to me so far.
Also, what if you just die so much and you run out of human effigy? How do you become human again?
The smaller one lets you be summoned for a smaller amount of time, I believe.
As for the Human Effigys…I guess you’re just shit outta’ luck if you don’t have any. 
You dont lose that much life per death. Getting to 50% honestly takes like 20 deaths.
I picked a female cause i dont like looking at dudes. She died turned back into human form now is a male?
The leveling up system makes no sense
The leveling up system is the same as Demons souls, unless you’re talking about all the stats.
did we all go the swordsman class or something? cause i did too

how is it the same? It keeps leveling you up with out you even knowing. It must be a glitch that my character changed from female to male. The combat is a lot more sluggish then dark souls
