Well, he was revealed only about a month ago so it’s very possible a lot of people have avoided videos since then. I have friends that don’t even know about [details=Spoiler]The Chariot boss still.

There’s video footage of the Final Boss floating around now, as it seems several people have got a copy of the game and got to play it early.
Not gonna lie, the way final battle played out killed all hype I had for this game, unfortunately.

Stop being salty that someone on gaf caught From Software possibly pulling a bait and switch. I never said it was a travesty I simply pointed out the possible downgrade existing because companies should be called out for their bullshit whether it’s a trivial matter like this or something bigger. If all gamers stayed quiet and played the role of PR apologist as you have then we would have a console that does not play used games and an always online requirement to play single player games.
No one is boycotting From Software or rioting in the streets, it’s just something to point out because it’s there. Be a fan not a fanboy.
The Mirror Knight? Uh, no…the mirror knight is one of the only bosses that has been so freely showcased besides the Chariot. I’ve known about it for months. We saw him in one of the first gameplay demonstrations that was released. I remember even reading an explanation as to how he fights months ago. He’s very old news.
Is anyone else getting their game at midnight?

i don’t think many places are actually selling it at midnight tbh, unless it’s like walmart and at that rate, you would probably have the game already

I made it to this butterfly boss in the woods in Dark Souls. I almost got it to, killed me in the end tho.
Moonlight Butterfly is soooooo free… If you can’t dodge its attacks for some reason, get a shield with defense magic damage reduction. Wait for it to land, go ham until it starts glowing, run, rinse/repeat.
There’s even a summon at the bottom of the steps leading to it behind a bush if you go there in human form.
yea, that summon rapes the butterfly for free (i’m pretty sure she’s a sorcerer) but basically all you have to do is dodge teh attacks and let her do everything
seriously, even with my fatass build (i wear havels armor) could roll by those attacks, anything faster should be okay
Yea her attacks weren’t too tough, she caught me off guard in the third phase by switching sides. I couldn’t see her above me and in that split second she dropped a new move, there glowing round orbs. Landed on my head and ggpo. I wish I still had some of that electric pine stuff. Any merchants near by who sell it? Also thanks for the summon tip, i might just reverse hollow for that.
if you have the crest of artoitias you can farm iy from the big mushrooms in the other part of the forest.

Oh i meant to ask, are hand weapons viable at all for this game? Was thinking of making a brawler so I could punch Demons in the face on another save. I love punching things in the face.
