You have to understand, most of us don’t have two controllers or someone to play with. The reason why a lot of people was excited because they assumed it was going to be an online. Heck, if I saw a big bold letter that says, “ONLINE IS NOT AVAILABLE.” I wouldn’t bother posting here, I would be on my PS2 learning my moves again for this summer.
Definitely +1
Well…atleast everything looks nice? Maybe they wanted to show the demo to show what it will look like, not necessarily let you play the damn thang!
There’s no option to select multiple attacks on a single button, like hp+hk, lp+hp, et cetera.
I’ve always enjoyed being able to make custom moves for a button, makes it easier to do certain things.
no way
So wait, at what point did Capcom compare the STHDR Beta to MvC2, and once again, at WHAT point did they say the demo had online?
I’d rather like to see a game that works as a standard for competitive play rather than see the online, which we know is using the HDR code already.
If you want to bitch and moan about how the people making the game are evil retarded supermean bastards,go to Smashboards
I tried to make it stupid-proof.
Instead of lacking detail, I aimed to be as elaborate as possible.
I just wanted every menial detail down.
Oh my god Capcom is so lame sometimes!
The only reason I wanted a demo was to test out the basics on the A.I.
I was just thinking, “wow what an incredibly detailed OP”
I, for one, totally appreciate your overly detailed OP.
even the quick instructions to download it. I’d rep you if I could. But I cant… So I wont.
Seriously, this demo was lame as hell. They coulda at least gave us basic AI so we can attempt to do some basic shit but noooooooo
Well, the menu looks nice at least.
Interesting to see that the people defending the demo are the ones doing the name calling on this thread.
I definitely don’t understand how limiting the amount of people that will be able to test this game out with the demo could be a good idea. If they are allowing everyone to download it, they should have at least included a vs CPU mode so that everyone would be able to play it one way or another, it is common sense.
This seems to me to be a way for Capcom to try to force us to show the game to other people at the expense of our enjoyment of the demo. Whether that is true or not the fact remains that it was pointless for me and many other people to download this.
I really hate nearly everyone posting in this thread.
Even if it’s the same exact port of the DC version, and has shitty online, people are still going to get this. You want to know why?
BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF PLAYING ON THE DREAMCAST.
That said, it looks pretty and has no input lag. That alone gets me excited. If they throw in a color edit mode, I’ll love them forever.
