And Balrog is far from braindead. Hell, no charge character is really braindead since it requires a brain to time their charge. You can’t twirl the stick around and expect something to come up…well, except for ULtra II.

deejay was my man in ST/HDR. had to learn rog in sf4 just to cope without him but i’ve been all hyped since he was announced for a come back. in the middle of getting a Deejay custom stick made for me before the game comes out. MAXOUT!

Hi guys! I really appreciate what you do! I am a fan of SF since 1992 eheh and as you may think, my main and favourite character is DJ ;); i am so exicted about DJ on SSF4 i read a lot of your posts and i had an idea: He will be good for sure !

Personally i hope that he will be at least as good as in SF hd remix, but well i know that SSF4 it’ s " another " game completly different… so there are many changes that can alter the characters, anyway i am positive. Continue like this guys cheers for our Deejay!! " hit it! "

Same situation wih me bud. I already got a royal blue/orange custom stick for the occasion… so pumped!!

Btw, I am adding most of you guys when super comes out and we’re battling it out for best Dee Jay in mirror matches

ST and A2 are the two fighters I played extensively in the past. Coming into SF4, neither of my mains from those games made the roster (not surprising, since neither was a hugely popular character and both have been largely ignored since), so after shifting around a bit, I settled on Balrog, and I enjoy him quite a bit. Wouldn’t you know it, both of my old mains are coming back in SSF4. Now I have a three way struggle decision between Adon, Dee Jay, and Balrog.

Much as I love Dee Jay, it will probably go to Adon, I hate to say. I still play ST regularly, so I get my Dee Jay fix. There’s nowhere to play much Adon anymore, so unless they butcher him in SSF4, Dee Jay might have to stay a secondary.

Im glad i learned Rog tho.

It’s the exact opposite order for me. Dee Jay i’ve been playing since new challengers and Adon was my A3 main, so that’s how it’ll be for me (unless Dudley is in, then Adon is bumped to 3rd).

I like it a lot ! Personally i prefer the japanese voice but they are both cool ;). They should put to Deejay’s english voice Max out and not Crash though…

I was 299th… what now? haha His voice honestly sounds like a half-assed version of a stereotypical jamaican man. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was done by a white guy or a super americanised black guy. Either way, least of my concerns. Dee Jay is so boss.

Yes they do… they look very similiar… the on the last hit… they fly up and then a big whammy… it looks the same… vega does a slash when person is falling and deejay hits when person is falling from sky… it looks the same
